UHP Waterjetting Services

Using 40,000 to 55,000 PSI waterjets provide an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to abrasive blasting in many applications. The high velocity waterjets wash away coatings and many chemical contaminates while preparing the surface to be recoated. Automated vacuum attached equipment eliminates the need for scaffolding and complete containment on vertical and horizontal surfaces. Because waterjetting does not create airborne dust, surface preparation can occur with no effect to other activities. UHP Projects has also developed automated equipment to eliminate the exposure of personnel to harmful chemicals and contamination.

Abrasive Blasting Services

Abrasive blasting is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants. Our expert personnel have the ability and equipment to perform either wet or dry abrasive blasting at our industrial booths or on your tanks/equipment at your project site.

Concrete Demolition, Preparation, Remediation and Decontamination

Ultra High Pressure water Jetting of concrete surfaces. Because of the versatility of ultra high pressure waterjetting, UHP Projects can perform a variety of services to concrete structures. UHP water provides an excellent method to show off the cold cutting characteristics of water. With an expert from UHP Projects at the helm, the concrete can be removed without damaging the rebar support. Water is released in a pressurized state resulting in the removal of all before its path. Ideal for use in concrete removal, faster than Jackhammers, with no damage to existing reinforcement bars. Of course the rebar can be removed as well if that is what is specified.

Lead Abatement Services

UHP Projects is a certified Lead Abatement contractor with proven results on many government remediation projects. By utilizing UHP waterjetting or Abrasive Blasting techniques, we offer reduced environmental hazards, lower waste disposal costs, improved re coating results, and lower costs. UHP Projects, Inc. has developed filtration trailers specifically designed to remove Lead particulate from the effluent water rendering the water non-hazardous
