Lead Paint Abatement – UHP water jetting captures lead particles in water droplets virtually eliminating airborne contamination. The water and paint chips are easily captured using vacuum assisted equipment or ground containment. The water is then filtered to a non-hazardous level for disposal. Since you only dispose of the actual coating being removed and the added advantage of no spent abrasives to clean up or dispose of, your overall disposal costs are greatly reduced.

Turnkey Services – UHP Projects, Inc has the ability to handle every aspect of your surface preparation project including setting containment, surface preparation, effluent water capture, filtration, and disposal as well as experienced re-coating services.
Equipment Leasing With A Service Technician – We can also provide you with equipment and initial training on the operation of UHP surface preparation tools. Our service technician will remain on site throughout the project to maintain the equipment and provide planning assistance for successful completion of the project.
Since UHP Waterjetting creates no dust,containment requirements are significantly reduced. Process equipment can remain in service and pipe runs can be cleaned without a “hot work” permit.
Tank Farms – The JetTracTM System is designed to remove thin and thick film coatings from tank shells, roofs, and floors and leave the surface clean and dry ready for re-coating. As 40,000-PSI water is used to remove the coatings, a powerful vacuum unit transfers the coatings and water to a collection point where they are separated. The coating is then containerized and effluent water is tested for disposal.
